1. Juniper was born with a twin! In his world, litters tend to be small, and infant mortality is unfortunately high. So not long after birth she passed away. She never had a name. 
2. He was actually incredibly sickly as a child, his mother coddled him a bit due to this and it was what drove his father to leave. 
3. Early on in life it became apparent that he was an elemental, with his fur constantly having static electricity clinging to it. To prevent the development of his magic he was given medicine to help suppress it, which lead to complications when he was older as he never learned the proper control necessary to not hurt himself.
4. He was going to study to become a scribe and librarian! Tending to the local books and teaching children was one of his goals in life, and he was apprenticed under the head scribe at his town's library. Circumstances unfortunately likely will not let it work out. 
5. Juniper has a taste for anything sweet. Fruit is one of his favorite things to munch on when given a chance. 
6. He has an impeccable memory for names, he has an incredible knack for keeping track of people he has met. 
7. Juniper has incredibly soft fur, the longer fur on his ruff is incredibly soft and wispy. For the most part he doesn't usually shave or cut his hair, but he does also try to keep himself well groomed by trimming his chest fur down. 
8. By the time he's reached adulthood, Juniper actually has several scars hidden by regrowing fur that came from accidentally zapping himself with electricity. But he has very little sensation in the tips of his front right toes, due to nerve damage from his own magic.
